What you will be doing:

• Elicit and document detailed requirements for product enhancements including UI Prototypes
• Actively participate in the QA process by defining and clarifying use cases in collaboration with QA team members
• Help end-users understand how the new functionality works and to increase adoption.
• Interact with US Team - Gain international exposure working with a US Team
• Work with the Product Manager to groom the product backlog and participate in the release and sprint planning process and sessions.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) for each new release of the application

The experience you will need:

• 2+ years of recent Business Analyst experience (ideally in a SaaS environment)
• Experience with both traditional BRD, technical/non-functional spec and agile user story documentation
• Experience working with SQL Server writing queries to troubleshoot issues and research enhancements
• Experience working with end-users
• Project management experience in a SCRUM environment
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism
