800LiNK is now iTeleCenter.

We’re excited to announce that the operations of 800LiNK are now officially being managed by iTeleCenter and we will continue to provide exemplary service to you and your associates!

Here’s how the transition will work for you:

Almost everything will work the same way, your phone numbers will keep all their settings, neither you nor your callers will notice any difference. There is nothing you need to do, we handle everything. There will be NO service interruptions.

The few things that will change:
Name

Any invoices/charges/statements, etc., that used to come from “800LiNK” will now come from “COA NETWORK” (the company offering iTeleCenter service)

Links

Instead of going to 800link.com you will now be going to www.itelecenter.com and/or www.telecentersignup.com to log in or sign up for service

Interface

Your web interface got a face-lift! It is now even more user-friendly and intuitive, and makes it much easier to review your calls and voicemail, return calls, configure your number features, etc.

Apps

You now have access to mobile and desktop apps! They are not required, whether or not you use them is entirely up to you, but they do make it very convenient to listen to voicemail, make and receive calls, and more, right from your mobile phone or even your computer.

Features

iTeleCenter offers some additional features for your convenience. These include different types of extensions, different types of auto-attendant messages, voicemail transcription, and many more. Most of them are included at no additional charge*. All of them are completely optional.
* Additional charges may apply in select cases

Cost differences

For the vast majority of 800LiNK users — nothing will change, you will still see the same invoices with the same amounts. Some of you may even see smaller amounts being billed, due to certain differences in billing systems.

Some differences you should be aware of:
Pay only for what you use

There are no pre-paid minutes packages*, each month you pay only for the minutes you actually used, and no more. If you didn’t exceed the number of minutes included in plan – there is nothing extra to pay.
* With this type of billing rollover minutes become irrelevant and are not supported by iTeleCenter

Inbound minutes billing

iTeleCenter bills all calls that come into your number (both toll-free and local), in 6-second increments.

Taxes included

The amount you see on your invoice is exactly what you pay. All applicable taxes, regulatory fees, etc., are listed as a flat “Regulatory Compliance Fee” ($3.75 per month per number)* on your invoice and are already included in the total amount.
* This is in addition to your base monthly fee
